Buhari Arrives Japan For the 7th Tokyo worldwide convention
President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Haneda Airport in Yokohama, Japan for the 7th Tokyo international conference on African development.
The convention themed ‘Africa and Yokohama, Sharing passion for the future’, will take place in the metropolis of Yokohama from August 28 till August 30, 2019.
It is expected to create awareness on Africa’s “economic transformation and improvements in business environments and institutions via personal investment and innovation; promotion of resilient and sustainable African society for human security; and peace and stability in support of Africa’s domestic proactive efforts.”
Governors of Kwara, Borno, and Lagos states are on the train with President Buhari for the conference.
