Pastor Fatoyinbo asks court to push aside Busola Dakolo’s rape lawsuit, demands N50m as damages (see court papers)

Founder and Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo has requested the Federal high court in Abuja to disregard the rape lawsuit filed against him by Busola Dakolo.

The COZA founder who requested for dismissal of the lawsuit on grounds of incompetence and frivolity, additionally demanded to be awarded N50m as damages.

Pastor Fatoyinbo filed the objection before Federal high court docket, weeks after Busola through her lawyer Pelumi Olajengbesi, approached same court, demanding for a clearly worded apology on the the front web page of at least national newspapers and two national television stations for seven days running consecutively.
